Product in excellent condition (looks almost new?). Delivered quickly and it's nice that a charger and screen protector are included. The case is just not magnetic, so it doesn't automatically lock/unlock, unfortunately.

Good service, I sent an email to get more information and received a response within 2 hours (kudos to Joost). I also bought a phone; the site states a minimum of 85% battery capacity. Mine had 93%, so you don't have to worry about that. And with the excellent quality option, your phone looks like new. The only downside is that the case and screen protector that come with it are not very good.

My iPad would no longer charge, presumably due to a defective USB-C port. I discussed the matter via email and submitted the iPad to the repair service. A day later, it was ready, and I received a call with that information and a brief explanation. Everything was covered under warranty. Excellent service!
