I received a response to my email right away. Whether the device works well is still to be seen.

Purchased a refurbished iPad 2021 in 'excellent' condition. Everything works as it should and is definitely not slow. Free charger, cable, screen protector (tempered glass), and a case that is adjustable. And all of that for one clear and reasonable price for a refurbished iPad. There are some signs of use on the back, which I obviously accept, as the included case 'hides' that. In short, a satisfied customer!

Purchased an iPhone 13 mini with a quality rating of EXCELLENT, but a major disappointment is that the remaining battery capacity only meets the minimum guaranteed 85%. The owner of iApple contacted me following the review and, although he is not obligated to do so, is currently doing everything possible to provide a different device with a significantly higher battery capacity. My trust has increased from 2 to 3 stars and possibly to 4 or 5 stars (depending on the final resolution). Within 1 week, a different device was delivered with a battery capacity of 100%. I want to emphasize once again that he did not have to do this because the previous device met the agreement of the guaranteed minimum battery capacity! Therefore, I can only conclude that the service is more than 100% satisfactory at this company!

Fast delivery and the Apple pen feels and looks like new :-)

Great iPhone with good battery condition, but the delivery took a bit longer than stated on the website.
