The phone looks like new. I also received compensation because the wrong color was in the box. I am happy with it.

I've had the iPhone for 2 weeks now, and it works perfectly. I chose the best condition, so I didn't see any scratches or damages, which I'm happy about. However, what I'm not so happy about is that the maximum battery capacity was 86% when I received it, and now it's already down to 85%. The website states that the battery is always over 85%. The delivery was also not great, but I think this is more related to PostNL rather than iApples. It took 4 days for me to receive my package, while I normally should have received it the next day. I would order here again, but I hope I won't be as disappointed with the battery as I am now.
