Unfortunately, the earbuds stopped working after a short period of use. I communicated this with the shop. They responded quickly and kindly, and they handled the search for a solution well! This can happen, and good customer service is very appreciated!

Fast delivery. After a few months, it turned out that the phone did not function as expected. This was resolved well and professionally by Barri. The phone is working great again!

The delivery took a bit longer than expected due to circumstances. However, I was kept well informed about the progress. The condition of the MacBook met the description of the 'very good' standard. There was just a small issue with the keyboard lighting, but that was quickly and adequately resolved by Barri. In short, I am very satisfied with the delivered product and the handling by customer service. Another positive point is the excellent price-quality ratio.
