Excellent packaging. The phone meets expectations.

For the first time, I bought a refurbished product because I thought I would be buying someone else's misfortune... nothing could be further from the truth. The iPad I received is practically new, with no signs of use at all!! That was a very pleasant surprise. Was everything okay? Not entirely: it did take a while for it to be delivered. Ordered on Saturday, delivered on Thursday. And... the promised case was missing. I called right away about that, but I still haven't received it. But the most important thing is, of course, the iPad, and it is just perfect.

Simply well organized.

The first time I ordered a MacBook, the battery was not replaced. This was professionally resolved, and after 3 days, I had a laptop with a renewed battery!

I ordered and Iphone and couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of the product. I can only recommend this shop!

My product - green Apple Mini 13 - had slight damage to the corners. I chose for it to be in excellent condition and paid for that, but a KPN representative did not find this to be the correct qualification. I called about this and we agreed that I would receive a refund, as something had apparently gone wrong. It was resolved reasonably well. I would like to change "reasonably" to "very well resolved." I am positive about the iPhone and will definitely recommend iApples. R. Mulder.
