Fantastic experience. Joost was extremely helpful and accommodating with excellent communication. The iPad Pro was better than I expected in new condition, and the price was the best I could find. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat!!!!

Very good service. It's great that you receive screen protectors and a case with your order. The whole package is also very neatly and carefully wrapped. Joost comes across as honest and someone who truly cares about his business. The only thing I miss is a bit more information about the product condition. "Like new" or "as good as new" is not always interpreted the same way. For example, my phone has small scratches over a large part of the back (which are only visible from a certain angle). The screen, on the other hand, is perfect and the phone definitely functions well!
