The battery of our iPhone "passed away" after about 9 months, but iApples was very accommodating and replaced the battery for us free of charge and sent the phone back. If that isn't good customer service! Next time, I would definitely buy a refurbished iPhone from them again.

I bought Apple earpods, but I received a cheap knockoff variant. Totally worthless!

I ordered an iPhone 11 from iApples. Excellent customer service. The delivery was delayed and ultimately would not arrive because it was supposedly out of stock. Yet, I received it, strangely enough. But I'm very happy with it. I found the condition of the phone to be somewhat less than expected. It was resolved nicely. Although improvements are needed in the administration, I would definitely order from iApples again, as they know how to handle customers well and maintain high customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend iApples for ordering your product.

Very satisfied with this iPad, great offer with charger, screen protector, and case, top-notch! Small note: the packaging was loose, damaged, and easy to open; I was glad that everything was still inside!

The order was fine, but it took longer than indicated on the site, which was quite annoying.
