I bought cbd + mushrooms, the drain was not available, they wrote that they would return the money to my bitcoin wallet, the money has not yet been returned, one of the mycelium was infected with mold, the score is 1/5, no one has been responding to support for a month.

We had an issue with the carrier, but Avalon's team was very courteous with us and promptly refunded our money without any trouble. They have been exceptionally kind and concerned, which is why I rate them so highly.

All kits were contaminated and ended up with green mold on them…

I ordered 4 XL boxes a year ago and was extremely satisfied with them. I had never had such a high yield before. Everything went as I had hoped. So I decided to do the same this year and was extremely disappointed this time... 3 out of 4 boxes were moldy. After over 10 years of growing, this has never happened to me. I think it happened during transport; they got too warm... when unpacking, I noticed that all the boxes were very fogged up :(
