One of the grow kits was contaminated. I notified customer service on the same day I received the order; it was already visible in the box that it was contaminated, so it's not my fault. Yet, customer service told me to wait a few more days. Now the box has turned green and moldy, and they claim it's my fault for not maintaining proper hygiene. That's clearly not the case, as the grow kit was contaminated from the very beginning, and I documented every step. They are unwilling to take responsibility for their mistake, shipping contaminated grow kits and providing no replacement, not even a discount. Instead, I received passive-aggressive support, with them complaining about my one-star review for being ripped off. Never again!

So far, everything is great. If the goods arrive at my place now, then everything will be perfect. But so far, I am very, very satisfied. I will only order from here if everything goes well :)
