The product shipped fast. I got exactly what I ordered and it worked just like they said it would. They responded to my emails in a short time when I had questions. The shrooms worked well. Awesome experience! I’ll be buying more grow kits soon!
I bought 2 growkits XXL and both of them came destroyed, not only that, one it did not grow anything, the other 2 gr of mushrooms. Their reply to it was: Our apologies for the inconvenience and for only seeing it now but you have send your package to a pick up location. On our website and on the tracking it states that a pick up location is not a option. When ordering fresh products such as truffles and growkits we highly reccomend sending them to your home address to prevent issues like these. The postal mail office was the place were I received it. My house or the office postal it is the same.
