My order (not my first one) arrived relatively fast but there was mold in my kits. They were immediately replaced. Super kind and quick customer service. Thank you Team!

I bought cbd + mushrooms, the drain was not available, they wrote that they would return the money to my bitcoin wallet, the money has not yet been returned, one of the mycelium was infected with mold, the score is 1/5, no one has been responding to support for a month.

We had an issue with the carrier, but Avalon's team was very courteous with us and promptly refunded our money without any trouble. They have been exceptionally kind and concerned, which is why I rate them so highly.

All kits were contaminated and ended up with green mold on them…

Habe vor einem Jahr 4 xl boxen bestellt und war mega zufrieden mit. Ich hatte vorher noch nie so viel Ertrag gehabt. Alles verlief so wie ich es mir erhofft habe. So habe ich beschlossen dieses Jahr das selbe zu tun und wurde diesmal mega enttäuscht... 3von vier boxen sind verschimmelt. Nach über 10 jahren grow ist mir sowas noch nie passiert. Denke ist durch den Transport gekommen, sind zu warm geworden...beim auspacken habe ich gemerkt,dass die boxen alle sehr beschlagen waren:(
