Hi good day, We have received your order last weekend, so monday we started with handling your order and we have shipped it the same day. I honestly strongly think that this review isn't fair. We work very hard and with love to keep our customers happy. I checked the tracking and your order will be delivered today. I hope you will be very happy with your order and maybe you will modify your review! ;-) A faster service is almost not inpossible in my opinion. Have a nice day! Avalon

Really cute customer service, reliable and fast shipping, many times they gave me money back when a product wasn't working etc. Highly recommended.
