We had an issue with the carrier, but Avalon's team was very courteous with us and promptly refunded our money without any trouble. They have been exceptionally kind and concerned, which is why I rate them so highly.

Habe vor einem Jahr 4 xl boxen bestellt und war mega zufrieden mit. Ich hatte vorher noch nie so viel Ertrag gehabt. Alles verlief so wie ich es mir erhofft habe. So habe ich beschlossen dieses Jahr das selbe zu tun und wurde diesmal mega enttäuscht... 3von vier boxen sind verschimmelt. Nach über 10 jahren grow ist mir sowas noch nie passiert. Denke ist durch den Transport gekommen, sind zu warm geworden...beim auspacken habe ich gemerkt,dass die boxen alle sehr beschlagen waren:(
Sehr schneller Versand selbst am Wochenende, immer sehr diskret, auch wenn es jetzt Stoffe sind die man nicht so einfach nach Deutschland kriegen sollte, macht es Avalon einem ziemlich einfach. Alles was ich dort bis jetzt bestellt hatte kam auch an! 2-4 Tage man darf aber nicht vergessen von Holland nach Deutschland!
