One of the growkits has been contaminated, I notified the customer service at the same day I received the order, it was already visible in the box that it was contaminated, so it's not my fault - yet the customer service told me to wait a few more days, now the box turned green and moldy, and they tell me it's my fault for not using enough hygiene. That's clearly not the case, since the growkit was contaminated from the very beginning, and I documented every step. They are not willing to take responsibility for their fault, shipping contaminated growkits and providing no replacement, not even a discount, only a passive-aggressive support who complains about me for giving them one star for ripping me off. Never again!

Hello Jean, Upon changing the review we would also like to add more to our comment. The boxes that were send were perfect but unfortunately upon your personal investigation they were not colonised enough. When ordering XL growkits this is normal. But I'm am glad to say that there was no mold or anything bad with the boxes when the pictures were send. The complaint was about one box not being colonised fully and had nothing to do with bacteria in the box. When boxes arrive molded we do not think twice and replace it right away as that is our fault. But the boxes send were perfect and they did unfortunately get damaged after soaking. At that point we are unfortunately unable to replace or refund the boxes as stated on many parts of our website. Any customer reading the comment, if your box arrives broken or damaged with mold. Please let us know right away so we can find a good solution. If your box arrives well but isn't colonised fully, this is normal. A XL box needs 5 weeks to grow their mycelium. That's why they are less expensive then the 100% mycelium boxes. They just need more time. Team Avalon magic plants

Bis jetzt alles super, wenn die Ware jetzt noch bei mir ankommt, dann ist alles perfekt. Aber bis jetzt sehr sehr zufrieden. Werde nur noch da bestellen, wenn alles geklappt hat:)

I got a package with broken bag, ended up with mold on my shrooms :/ I didn’t realize for a week that the bag was broken.
