I bought 2 growkits XXL and both of them came destroyed, not only that, one it did not grow anything, the other 2 gr of mushrooms. Their reply to it was: Our apologies for the inconvenience and for only seeing it now but you have send your package to a pick up location. On our website and on the tracking it states that a pick up location is not a option. When ordering fresh products such as truffles and growkits we highly reccomend sending them to your home address to prevent issues like these. The postal mail office was the place were I received it. My house or the office postal it is the same.

Always you get help with any question. I buy since long time the microdosis for my wife. She got rid of the chemicals the doctor prescribed and lives and feels much much better. Thanks guys 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The product shipped fast. I got exactly what I ordered and it worked just like they said it would. They responded to my emails in a short time when I had questions. The shrooms worked well. Awesome experience! I’ll be buying more grow kits soon!

Hello Victor, Thank you for taking time to write a review. We do understand the frustration, it is never nice to have to lose items. But like mention on many pages on our website and a extra warning at check out it says ''Pick up locations are not an option''. We have this as clear as day on many pages on our website to prevent sending to pick up locations as this is not an option. 9/10 times they do not arrive correctly and when they arrive the chance of it taking longer is big as well. As our customers can write down any address when making the order it is not possible for us to make our system recognise when it's a pick-up location. When we are sending fresh products we send them with express shipping to a home address. We take sending fresh items very seriously to make sure we do not waste our customers time sending bad items. In our e-mails we have tried to explain this as well as we could but unfortunately this was not accepted wich resulted in this negative review. All our customers are free to leave a negative review, but when we have all the warnings online and we do our very best to send items especially fresh items to our customers with the best service. I would like to note for everyone reading to please not send to a pick-up point when ordering, this will result in dissapointments as you can read from Victor. But to also note to please read every information and warnings at check-out on every website you visit. This can prevent a lot of issues. We are always happy to receive you back anytime if you'll have us and give us a good chance by sending our wonderfull items to your home address. Team Avalon Magic Plants
