Magic truffle express

Very nice shop and great bulk discounts when buying more truffles. Shipping was fast, although it was with GLS; I usually prefer PostNL. I think this is temporary because I normally receive it with PostNL.

I am super satisfied with this website! I was initially worried that my package wouldn't arrive due to the other reviews, but they emailed me right away when my package was delayed, and everything was neatly packaged! They immediately helped me when I sent them an email asking about the status of my package.

Ordering was easy, and I have ordered here several times; everything has always been perfectly fine.

I placed an order on the Magic Truffle Express website, and it was supposed to be delivered to a service point. However, my package never arrived, and I have already emailed MTX about this three times, but I haven't received any response. The phone number also doesn't work, so if something goes wrong with the order, it's impossible to get in touch, and you end up losing your order...

Yesterday at 9:00 AM, I ordered two packages of double vision. I paid immediately. To this day, I have not received the package or any message.

I have placed several orders in the past few months, and the quality and service have always been excellent. The fact that the post sometimes takes a day longer is something MTX can't do much about; the message is to plan your trip in advance.
