Magic truffle express

We ordered on February 2nd, and the truffles were delivered the next day. Quick delivery of the magic truffles, so no issues here. I'm trying them for the first time, so I can't comment on the effects yet.

Firstly, My package got returned because of "incorrect address" (which wasn't incorrect) but that is the PostNL's fault not Magic Truffle but after it being returned to them I emailed them to see if they could send my package back again but its been a couple days and they still haven't replied. I lost 70 euros.....

We are home alone for the weekend and wanted to order online due to the super fast delivery, which saves us an hour of driving. I ordered on Thursday at 2:30 PM, and it was supposed to be delivered to our home on Friday (today). We just called PostNL, and they said that you haven't brought the package to them again!!! I want to contact you, but the phone number doesn't work, and I can't reach you via email! This is worthless; it's always misleading with deliveries. I hope you can keep the package at your place and refund my money.

On Monday, I placed my order, and as of today (Friday), my package has not been received by PostNL. This has nothing to do with the fact that I live in Belgium. I can understand delays with PostNL, but I find it incomprehensible that my package has still not arrived at the delivery service after five days, especially since your slogan is "super fast delivery." Yesterday, I also contacted your customer service via email, and I have not received a response until today. Disappointed with Magic Truffle Express, I will have to drive to the Netherlands today to buy truffles.

Service is REALLY good. I had a problem and it was resolved immediately, and my orders are always on time!!

I have never had any issues with this shop until my last order, where the delivery service unfortunately lost my package. Truffle Express quickly ensured that I was sent another package, and it arrived on time for my planned evening with friends. Thank you so much.
