I ordered a pack and received an email from them stating that the package was delivered, but there is nothing in the mailbox. I checked the address three times, and it is correct.

I ordered on August 18th and it is now the 30th. DPD has intercepted my order and refuses to deliver it, and Magic Mushroom Express does not respond despite multiple attempts to contact customer service. The number is not in use. So, I have neither my money nor the product. I would like a solution. Be careful with this company…
