I placed an order on Wednesday. It was shipped quickly, but something went wrong with DPD (the package was reported damaged). DPD indicates that the sender (MTX) needs to contact them so that I can still receive my order. MTX has been unreachable by phone since Friday and is also not responding to emails. No matter how MTX resolves this with DPD, I just want my order delivered as soon as possible.

Service, prices, quality - everything is satisfactory. The only downside is the delivery via DPD. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the website.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Please read! I made a purchase on June 16 and never received any confirmation that they received the money, that the order was being prepared, or that it had been delivered to the post office. So I decided to leave a review on June 21. After leaving my negative review, I was immediately contacted (within 10 minutes) and received an apology email regarding my order. They said that they had a problem receiving messages (I sent them 3 or 4 emails) and that they were sorry, but let's be real, it is THEM who should be sending me messages, not ME to them. Okay, they are lazy and they messed up. It happens. They gave me my tracking number and asked me to edit my review because I called them scammers, which they believe they are not. Okay, but that was my first impression, and how can you ask me to edit a review if you haven't even provided me with the needed information? To me, it seems like you prioritize reviews more than the actual satisfaction of a customer (me). The tracking number they provided had a delivery time of June 20 - June 25. I messaged them again on June 27 asking for a refund, and they again asked me to edit my review, quoting what they said: "considering it was not their fault but the delivery service's." They claimed that the delivery service was at fault, not them. What a JOKE! Yes, they failed with the delivery, but you know who failed me? The company I ordered from! Not their delivery service! And they even have the audacity to ask me to edit my review and leave a negative one for their post office. HAHA! Isn't that funny? However, I did receive my order on June 30 and thought I would test them before changing my review, just to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Oh lord, was this a waste. I'd much rather buy some local shrooms. I bought High Hawaiians, which cost me 40 euros (22 euros + 18 euros delivery—yes, I paid 20 euros for delivery, which is why I am so furious about the delivery date). The thing is, I ate the whole 22g package and all I got was weak visuals (more vibrant colors) and that's it, no other effects. I'm glad I asked for a refund because this was not worth even a penny. Terrible customer service and low-quality product 👎. Very dissatisfied with this company. Beware!!! Low-quality service and products. I consume psychedelics every 3-4 months (3 times per year) and wouldn't call myself experienced or anything. The product was simply weak/bad/low grade. Save your money :)

Ordered on Friday before 3:00 PM with the thought (super fast delivery). Signed up for DPD Saturday delivery... so I ordered a few more things early on Saturday thinking it would arrive on Saturday. But on Sunday, the status was still "ready for shipment"... maybe it would be better if it was clearly stated on the website that you only operate during the week, from Monday to Thursday.
