I ordered on August 18th and it is now the 30th. DPD has intercepted my order and refuses to deliver it, and Magic Mushroom Express does not respond despite multiple attempts to contact customer service. The number is not in use. I placed an order on Wednesday. It was shipped quickly, but something went wrong with DPD (the package was reported damaged). DPD indicates that the sender (MTX) needs to contact them so that I can still receive my order. MTX has been unreachable by phone since Friday and is also not responding to emails. No matter how MTX resolves this with DPD, I just want my order delivered as soon as possible.

Een week geleden wat besteld en nog steeds niets ontvangen. Niet echt fijn aangezien de truffels niet te lang buiten de koeling moeten. Telefoonnummer op de website werkt niet en op mails of Messenger berichten wordt niet gereageerd.

Service, prices, quality - everything is satisfactory. The only downside is the delivery via DPD. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the website.
