    Ik heb woensdag een bestelling gedaan. Dit was snel verstuurd, echter er is iets fout gegaan bij DPD (Pakket zou beschadigd zijn). Dpd geeft aan dat de verzender (MTX) contact moet opnemen met DPD zodat ik alsnog mijn bestelling geleverd krijg. MTX is telefonisch niet te bereiken sinds vrijdag en reageert ook niet op mails. Hoe MTX het ook regelt met DPD, ik wil gewoon mijn bestelling z.s.m alsnog geleverd hebben.

    Een week geleden wat besteld en nog steeds niets ontvangen. Niet echt fijn aangezien de truffels niet te lang buiten de koeling moeten. Telefoonnummer op de website werkt niet en op mails of Messenger berichten wordt niet gereageerd.

    Service, prijzen, kwaliteit - alles naar behoren. Het enige nadeel is de bezorging via DPD. Verder ben ik zeer tevreden over de website.

    TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Please read! Made a purchase on 16.06 and never received any confirmation that they received the money, that the order is getting prepared , or that it has been delivered to the post office. So I decided to leave a review on June 21st. After leaving my negative review I got immediately(in the span of 10minutes) contacted and received an apology e-mail regarding my order. They said that they have a problem receiving messages(I sent them 3 or 4 emails) and that they are sorry, but let's be real, it is THEM who should be sending me messages not ME to them. Okay they are lazy and they F up. Happens. They gave me my tracking number and asked me to edit my review because I called them scammers which they think they are not. Ok, but that was my first impression and how can You ask me about editing a review if You haven't even provided me with the needed information? To me it seems like you prioritise reviews more than the actual satisfaction of a customer(Me). The tracking number they gave had a delivery time of June 20th - June 25th. I messaged them again on June 27th asking for a refund and they again asked me to edit my review and I quote what they said "considering it was not their fault but the delivery service's". They said that delivery service was at fault, not them. What a JOKE! Yes, they failed you with the delivery, but you know who failed me? The company I ordered from! Not their delivery service! And they even have the audacity to ask me to edit my review and leave a negative one for their post office. HAHA! Ain't that funny? However, I did receive my order on June 30th and thought I would test them before changing my review, just to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Oh lord was this a waste. I'd much rather buy some local shrooms. I bought High Hawaiians which costed me 40eur(22eur + 18eur delivery(yes, I paid 20euros for delivery, that is why I am so furious about the delivery date)). The thing is I ate the whole 22g package and all I got was weak visuals(more vibrant colours) and that's it, no other effects. Glad I asked for a refund because this was not worth even a penny. Terrible customer service and low quality product 👎. Very dissatisfied with this company. Beware!!! Low quality service and products. I consume psychedelics every 3-4months(3x per year) and wouldn't call myself experienced or anything. The product was simply weak/bad/low grade. Save your money :)

    Vrijdag voor 15:00 besteld met de gedachte (supersnelle levering). Aangemeld voor dpd saturday delivery.. dus het zaterdag nog vroeg wat bij besteld met de gedachte dat het er zaterdag zou zijn Maar op zondag nog steeds status (klaar voor verzending).. misschien is het beter als er duidelijk op de website word gezet dat jullie alleen doordeweeks functioneel zijn. Van maandag t/m donderdag.
