Really top-notch service. I had a question about a pond pump for the duck pond. Even though their experience in that area wasn't what they honestly claimed, they took the time to research it and recommended a great set of pressure filter with pump. I had contact with them several times and ordered the set. Well, it's been running for about a week now, and it's working wonderfully with those little piglets of ducks because they are quite the messy eaters. The pump is doing great as well, truly amazing. Thank you for your service and time. I will definitely spread the word in the duck group. Thank you very much.

Great product with fast delivery.

Quick response and good service, but it's a shame that a small plastic cap costing €5.95 still incurs €6.95 in shipping costs, even though it could simply fit through the mailbox. That's not good service.
