    The pump does not function as expected. The connector for attaching a water feature does not work; despite turning the knobs, no water comes out. Without the connector, the fountain works well. Additionally, it is unclear whether the UV lamp is functioning properly. The viewing window on top of the pump does not change color when the pump is turned on.
