A very thick 10 for Blugarda. What top service they provide. Problems with my UV lamp from my pressure filter, they are happy to help you, first received 2 new lamps and then when the problem persisted I was allowed to send the pressure filter back free of charge. It was checked the same day of arrival and they even contacted me by phone and repaired it and sent it back right away. When it was delivered at home, I immediately opened the box where I found an extra lamp and a new one in the filter. I really think your service is amazing. I will definitely keep recommending you.

Good service. I ordered a blufilter 3611 but it didn't work as I expected. After some tips, it still didn't work well and I was offered to send it back. I sent it on Wednesday and by Friday I had a properly working pump/fountain back. All in all, satisfied.
