My order was for a feeder for the pond and it was delivered on time. There was a neat description included in Dutch, but I had a question about a loose part that came with it. After an email, I was called back with the explanation. The employee had made a mistake and of course I accepted the apologies. The device works fine and I can go on vacation with peace of mind.

I always had an "OASE" pump 6000l which was not available, so my son and I searched and found the pump from you. He installed it and the water is running. Everything is good. Best regards, H. Döppling
