The customer service works well and quickly. Unfortunately, the product was the wrong advice, so I ordered another one. Yes, returns are allowed, but the packaging was damaged, and then it's quite a hassle to find good packaging. It's just a bit too much work/time for that €45.00. Other than that, no complaints.
