At first, it seemed like something was going wrong with the online order (payment had been made, but the system indicated otherwise), but I quickly received a response to my inquiry from the shop owner, who offered apologies (it was a system error) and then processed the order quickly and carefully. There was also an extra little car included, which was very nice!
