So far, I am very satisfied with De Stoffenstraat. Therefore, 5 stars. I usually go there in person. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I recently placed my first order online. The ordering process went smoothly, except for the payment. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the payment on the computer. I accidentally placed my order twice. With a phone call, they canceled the second order. This went very smoothly. When I checked my bank account, I saw that I had been charged three times. The second order has been canceled, and I received a credit note for that. However, I have not yet received the amount back in my account. Regarding the third payment, which was made in error without placing an order, I also have not yet received that back in my account. I would like to see this resolved promptly. Thank you in advance.
