I bought the hairdryer on April 25th. It was promised that it would be shipped the next day. I had to contact them myself twice before the package was sent. (Two weeks later, my package got lost again.) Fortunately, Maria from customer service followed everything closely and sent a new package! I did receive this one, and the hairdryer works fantastically!

As a hairdresser with over 20 years of experience, I can definitely confirm that this is the best and most pleasant hairdryer I have ever worked with. I'm impressed, and I recommend it.

What a gift for Mother's Day! I immediately ordered a second hairdryer the next day for our regular vacation spot.

The heat is just right, and it is quiet compared to hair dryers from the past. It is truly a pleasure to use. Everything about this product is amazing. I should have bought this earlier. My previous hair dryer sounded like a jet about to take off; it was that loud. This one is very quiet, and I don't want to be without it anymore.

This dryer is fantastic! I have nothing to complain about... it's lightweight and works well... it has speed and temperature controls that do what they're supposed to do. My hair has never looked so healthy.

Very nice and beautiful hairdryer.. Lightweight. Both my grandson, who is 18, and I are happy with it. Our curls look beautiful in just a few minutes.
