Quickly ordered, quickly delivered, great! After the hairdryer, now also the Dyadium. Awesome!

I am being asked for a review while the hairdryer has still not been delivered. I am staying positive and expect my hairdryer to arrive within a few days.

I also received a request for a review while the hairdryer has not yet been delivered. I have had a tracking number since November 20, but it indicates that the tracking number cannot be found. I wonder if the hairdryer is still going to arrive... Fortunately, I read that others have been helped well thanks to Klarna. I will wait patiently for a bit longer, but for now, I will keep it at 1 star.

On November 3, I placed an order for the Dyadium. Everywhere on the site it says: 'ordered today, delivered tomorrow.' Since I ordered on a Sunday, I understood that the product would arrive at the earliest on Tuesday. It is currently November 26, and the product still has not arrived. Sunday will mark a month since I ordered, and I cannot imagine that I will receive my package before then. I have contacted Raveg via WhatsApp at least six times, but I am almost certain that the customer service is managed by a third party. Through WhatsApp, you do not receive a clear answer to your questions, and everything will be 'escalated to management.' Aka: you will never hear back from them. Fortunately, I paid with Klarna, as it provides buyer protection. If you are considering ordering here, I recommend using Klarna. They helped me immensely after 2.5 weeks. After I submitted all my evidence to Klarna, they initiated an investigation into the company, after which I miraculously received a tracking code the next day. I am very curious if the product will arrive this month. After I reached out to the company via email, I did receive a response. However, no one can explain the delay, and when you ask for compensation for the delay, they avoid the question. I have finally received an offer for a 10% discount, but personally, I find that insufficient. Especially after the company ignores you for a month, does not reach out to their customers when delays occur, constantly uses the same excuses, and leaves their customers without information for a month. Truly terrible customer service and absolutely no transparency. ------ UPDATE: DO NOT ORDER HERE! I can say with quite a bit of certainty that this is dropshipping. The product is delivered a month late from a factory in China, without Raveg doing any work on it. The logo is printed crookedly on the device. Additionally, two buttons fell off, and a spring came out of the top of the airstyler during the (careful!) unboxing of the Dyadium. When turning on the device, a very unpleasant smell of burnt plastic is released, as if the temperature can become too high for the material it is made of. Furthermore, everything seems very cheap, especially the curling attachments. After turning on the Dyadium, it blows well for a while, but then the blowing power quickly diminishes. From that moment on, the blowing goes up and down on its own, as if the motor cannot keep up. I almost dare not plug the device into the socket because I am afraid of getting an electric shock or that the device will explode. That says enough about the quality of this product. Moreover, I would never dare to style my hair with this product for the same reasons, but you also don't want to be halfway through your shower only to then have your hair smell of burnt plastic. I wish I could give no stars.

Ordered on 17-11-2024 and the site stated it would arrive the next day. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I have the impression that the good, positive reviews were posted by acquaintances of theirs. I am already assuming that I have been scammed and that the package will never arrive, if I am to believe other reviews. So far, still one star worthy! Best regards, I won't let you go!

Immediately an excuse due to longer shipping time. It turns out the package comes from the same warehouse as those shipped by Aliexpress! The product looks good. I probably paid way too much.
