I ordered the Raveg Hyper and the delivery was very fast. The hairdryer and all the accessories come in a nice box. The Phthalo/Dijon color is beautiful and the hairdryer is not heavy. It is a powerful hairdryer that also doesn't get too hot.

January 15, 2024: I ordered the RAVEG Hyper ® Gray/Magenta hairdryer - including a storage box. I was super happy with it until the diffuser quickly stopped staying attached to the dryer. I reached out for support and even made a video to show that it wouldn't stay on. To date, as promised, I have not received a new diffuser. After multiple attempts to contact them, I keep getting the same response: "This is out of stock but will be sent to you as soon as possible." Now it's April, and I still haven't received anything. I bought the hairdryer specifically for the diffuser, so now I have no use for the hairdryer. I should have bought a different hairdryer elsewhere. The service here is far from satisfactory. They advertise new stock, but handling a complaint properly is hard to find, even though the solution is simple: just send a new diffuser. Even if it has to come from a different package. However, after suggesting this, I was told it wouldn't be possible. Well, what can I say... it's a bit silly, especially since it was indicated a month ago that the part would be coming in. All in all, I am still waiting for a diffuser while the hairdryer sits in the cupboard gathering dust. I apparently could have spent that 80 euros better elsewhere. As of April 9, 2024, a refund has been offered and was processed today. Thank you for this solution. However, it is still disappointing that it took so long to offer a resolution.

Delightfully lightweight, you can easily reach the hairline despite the diffuser, it dries quickly, and the hair looks much less dry. It has a good long and sturdy cord. The hairdryer is lightweight, and while I used to spend a long time drying my thick curls, it now takes just 5 minutes. The cord is nice and long, and it's also great that it comes with a mounting bracket! The service was excellent, delivered quickly, and I received a good and prompt response after sending an email.
