I bought the hairdryer after a lot of research. I should have done it much earlier. It's a really nice hairdryer with many different settings. It also has a great cool function. The design is very beautiful, and it is lightweight. In short, it's a top-notch hairdryer!

AWFUL! The only hairdryer in the world where you can't adjust the temperature. I decided to return it, and for Europe, it's not free. I chose to ship it at my own expense, and what do they do? They charge me for the shipping costs again!!!! Fantastic! It was a beautiful joke. The hairdryer is terrible, and the customer service is terrible too. Never again. Money literally thrown away.

Fast delivery of the hair dryers; I wanted to test them for the salon. The staff is happy with them, they are lightweight and work well. However, I have been asking for weeks for an invoice since they need to be booked in. I keep getting the same response that they cannot issue a VAT invoice. It's a shame because they could really attract business customers with these hair dryers. Make sure your administration is in order.

Good hairdryer, but I had to get used to it. However, after a week of use, I got completely accustomed to this great hairdryer. The diffuser attaches magnetically, while my previous one clicked into place with a click system. With my previous hairdryer, the diffuser sometimes fell off, but with this one, it stays securely in place. Definitely worth the money. Moreover, fast delivery and everything was clear.
