Raveg hairstyling

I ordered the Raveg Hyper... it wasn't the right one (my own mistake). It should have been the Hyper Power. Without any hassle, I was able to return the hairdryer, and within 2 days I had the Hyper Power at home. It's a fantastic hairdryer, feels great in the hand, easy to use, and offers so many options for heat, speed, a cool button, and a cool setting! It's conveniently magnetic, so there are no broken pieces of plastic that prevent the parts from staying in place. And it dries quickly and very nicely, leaving curls without frizz. Yes... it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny!

My product was delivered in the wrong color, and then I was told that Raveg would send the correct one. They sent the wrong hairdryer back to me and then I was informed that the order was canceled because the correct product was no longer in stock. I've been waiting since mid-June for my hairdryer, but I still haven't received anything. The customer service is terrible, and if you do get a response from them, it's not helpful. The hairdryer also became quite a bit more expensive later on, but after a lot of effort, I finally received a discount code so we could order the hairdryer for the old price. The hairdryers are now back in stock, but nothing has been sent out yet, and I am no longer receiving any responses from customer service.

Fast delivery, packaged in a sturdy box. I immediately tried out the hairdryer as soon as it arrived. The hairdryer is light and compact. A plus is that it has a long cord, very satisfied!
