You have to give them a star, otherwise they wouldn't get any. I placed an order and paid, but after a week, I still haven't received anything. They advertise that it will be delivered the next day. Well, that's not the case. The track and trace code is completely incorrect. There is still no package registered with either post.nl or DHL.

After 10 days, there is still almost no delivery, even though it said "at your home within 1 day"... it's always just a little more patience. So, service is 0 for me, and I can't evaluate the product.

Very fast delivery! It arrived within a day and a half. It is truly frizz-free. Super light! And I love the magnetic heads!
