My ordered hairdryer still hasn't arrived. I reported it to DHL, but it was never received by them. There has been no response to emails or messages either. Is this a scam?

I ordered a hairdryer a week ago and it still hasn't arrived. This is despite them advertising on their website that if you order today, it will be delivered tomorrow. It has now been over a week, and according to the DHL tracking, the order has not been received yet. I sent a message stating that if I don't receive it within 2 days, I will have to send another message. Yesterday, I sent a polite message again since nothing has changed. I received the exact same response as the first time. Various excuses were given, and if it doesn't arrive again in 2 days, I need to send another message. Great service... Not.

I've been waiting all day for the hairdryer; the site states "in stock and delivered the next day." Not true, it still hasn't arrived at PostNL, and after inquiring about it, it suddenly became temporarily out of stock, and now I have to wait and see if I will ever receive it. Money gone???

I've been working with these top hair dryers in the salon with my team for half a year now, and we absolutely love them. We're happy that we replaced the Dysons with these dryers since the Dysons kept breaking down, making them more of a hype than a good hair dryer. We also have many customers who order these top hair dryers because we are so satisfied with them. Keep it up, I would say!

I have been trying to get a hairdryer delivered for a full week now. Of course, I paid in full. To date, I still have nothing! I've received tracking information twice, but there’s no update. I feel like I'm being strung along! Either send a hairdryer, or if you can't deliver, refund my money! But please be honest! I have since received my money back, but I still feel cheated. After I paid, it took a week and a half for the refund to be processed, and during that time, I was not given honest information. I was constantly told it was the shipping company's fault, which turned out to be untrue, because why else would you refund my money? If you can't deliver for any reason, just say so honestly, but not in this way! I stand by my one-star rating! The fact that I was strung along is unacceptable!
