I had a question about a feature of the hairdryer that, in my opinion, was not functioning optimally. I emailed three times and received no response at all.

The order was delivered quite quickly after payment. The packaging did arrive a bit dented, as there was no extra box around it. But fortunately, there was nothing wrong with the contents. It's a nice hairdryer, not too hot. It doesn't burn your hair. The attachments are easy to attach and fit securely. It's lightweight and compact, making it easy to take along. And as a bonus, it looks very nice!

I ordered a hairdryer, but received a phone holder instead. I emailed multiple times, but never received a clear answer and certainly no solution. No one is reachable!

Super fast delivery and good communication via email. The hairdryer is very light, which made me doubt its quality. It is less powerful than my 25-year-old Carmen hairdryer, but it provides a greater and quicker effect. One downside is that while drying my daughter's hair, her hair got caught in the back.

Super, nothing to complain about. Exactly what I wanted!!
