I placed an order on Wednesday, but I still haven't received a shipping confirmation! So how can they claim to ship within 24 hours? No one is responding to emails or through the app!! They are great at advertising, but not at responding and shipping on time... Just an update, no shipping email was sent because nothing was shipped! It hasn't ended up in my spam box either! The process is very slow and confusing, but it has now been resolved and I have received my money back.

The diffuser was broken; after 2.5 months, a new one was finally sent. Only to find out that it was the wrong one and the old one is no longer available. As a result, I was supposed to get a refund. This still hasn't happened after almost 3 months.

I have only used the hairdryer for a few days. But I must honestly say that my hair feels softer and less dry compared to when I used the Dyson Airwrap blow-dry brush. With that, I quickly had dry hair after use, but with this hairdryer, I have no issues at all. I'm curious to see what it will do for my hair over time.
