Last week I bought a new laptop from Tech Outlet via Bol.com. During installation, it turned out that a lot of HP drivers were not installed, due to the latest version of Windows for which not all HP drivers were available in the pre-installed image. After contacting Tech Outlet, they took over the computer remotely and installed all the HP drivers. After that, everything worked again. They take their time for you, explain everything they do, and you can just watch what they are doing. Great service!!
