I was very skeptical and thought it probably wasn't as good as all the reviews suggested. That's why I first ordered various samples. I've already tried 3 of them, and they are really tasty! There is absolutely no "wet cardboard" taste and definitely not too sweet. However, I do see 2 points for improvement: 1. They are very difficult to mix into yogurt or skyr; it turns into something like cement, so you have to add a lot of water to it. I find that really disappointing. 2. I feel that they don't mix 100% well; you really need to use an immersion blender to get it lump-free. Other than that, it's a great product, and I will definitely order again. Edit: I have since been informed about the how and why of the mixability issues, and I can understand it (because they prefer not to load their products with additives). It's great that the company took the time to respond to this.
