I accidentally bought the wrong product. I got in touch via email and there was a perfect solution, so now I have the rechargeable diffuser, three fragrance stones, and three essential oils. Everything was delivered within two days and it all works completely to my satisfaction. Wonderful scents that last a long time. Very satisfied.

Orders not received by Post NL and customer service Zenful does not respond to emails and Whatsapp. Meanwhile, after 10 days I received a partial refund. However, the full amount was not refunded. I have already sent the fifth email. Again no response. This is really unacceptable. Hopefully justice can finally be served. I am so fed up with this.
