I bought a super cute pair of sunglasses for a child's birthday. However, it turned out that the shop was moving and they weren't shipping that week. I hadn't seen any pop-up about this. When I asked via the app on Friday afternoon if my order was on its way, I was informed that it hadn't been shipped. I needed the gift that weekend. As a solution, I could have the sunglasses sent to the birthday child's address, and I received an extra pair of sunglasses for the inconvenience. The service was really very good. The app communication was super fast and efficient, even on the weekend. Additionally, it was a nice solution and an extra gift that allowed me to make another child happy too! Due to this positive experience, I will definitely order again!
