I think the beetles are great, the craftsmanship is good, and the models look excellent in my display case! There is a small issue to mention: while assembling, my fingers get stained black, which can quickly lead to smudges if you're not careful. Still, I give full marks because the end result is simply beautiful, and a quick wash of the hands in between solves the problem. I haven't had any contact with customer support yet, but so far I've always received a great product at a reasonable price. The free models complement the purchased ones well.
