Compridis

I was not informed in advance that it was a refurbished device. Only upon receipt was it indicated on a sticker on the box. It was not mentioned on the invoice or on the website. While this is legally required. It is misleading and therefore punishable.

Delivery within a day. Great!

Delivery was much faster than expected.

The product does not function (the CD player was broken), so unfortunately I had to return it. Also, there was no standard courier, so I had to be home and there was no option to have it delivered to a parcel point. It was also not clear that it was a returned product.

I ordered a new large TV. Unfortunately, it turned out to be broken after unpacking. Within 3 working days, they replaced it neatly. Very satisfied!

The delivery did not go exactly as expected. The package was delivered incorrectly, but it still arrived safely. The communication with Compridis regarding this was quick and friendly. The ordered item was neatly packaged and everything looked good.
