I wasn't familiar with this shop before, and at the time of my order, there was only one review on Tweakers. I ordered a refurbished 16TB HDD. I was kept very well informed about the order and delivery process through multiple emails. It was also delivered the next day (on a Saturday) as agreed. In my opinion, it's a great shop.

The item was affordable (refurbished). The company is easily reachable (by phone), the item was shipped quickly and well, received properly, and works great. A very good experience overall.

I bought a very competitively priced refurbished laptop here, which arrived the next day neatly packaged in a fixbox made for laptops. It was supposed to come with 'all factory accessories', which in this case was just a charger. That seems to me to be the minimum, but I didn't need more, so that's fine. The device looks excellent, was also very clean inside, and the cooling works as it should (80 degrees during Cinebench is excellent). I am very happy. Highly recommended.
