I ordered a jacket based on the size chart. Unfortunately, I had it printed right away because "size is size," or so I thought. The jacket was three sizes too big and could not be returned. After extensive phone contact, I was able to order a new jacket with a small discount. The store could have chosen to make a margin on one jacket and offer the second at cost price. So, their willingness to think along with the customer is disappointing! Even though it concerns a relatively expensive product.
