Dear Johannes, You reported a complaint to us in mid-July, after which we sent you a return label so we could immediately check if anything had gone wrong. You were busy, and 2.5 months later, we received a large box full of clothing. According to you, we received everything back, but 10 clothing items were missing. The majority of the box contained clothing that had not been used, and a handful of items in the box were related to the complaint. Additionally, we received a message from you stating that everything should just be credited. The complaint in one email concerns poor clothing, while in reviews posted on multiple platforms, it concerns poor logos. Therefore, we will address both issues. The clothing included in the complaint is visibly stiff and faded. The items with complaints include articles from two different brands, thus from two different manufacturers. The ordered Clique clothing is washable up to 60 degrees, and the ordered Helly Hansen items are washable up to 40 degrees. This would imply that both manufacturers are providing poor clothing to support your complaint about poor quality. There are no other complaints regarding the (combined) personalized sales during that period, or about the unpersonalized sales of the same items. Therefore, we do not agree with this. To reiterate: the ordered Helly Hansen clothing has a washing instruction of up to 40 degrees and should only be dried at low temperatures. This would suggest that both Helly Hansen has poor printing quality and that we only had an issue with your order on that day and even during that period. This is while your logos were produced at the same time as other orders, and the printing press used both before and after your order, by the same employee, did not lead to any other quality complaints that day. The Clique clothing is washable up to 60 degrees; however, our logos have been tested up to 50 degrees and up to 10 washes (after which the test stops) at 60 degrees without visible wear. We consciously do not advertise this due to limited testing, but we know it can last for some time. Therefore, we do not agree with the assertion that the clothing has been treated according to washing instructions (even if it were 60 degrees) and that after a month of use, the logos are completely gone. Additionally, not only do our logos show wear, but also those of a well-known brand like Helly Hansen itself. As previously substantiated in earlier correspondence, this clothing has clearly not been treated according to washing and drying processes, and the complaint regarding both the clothing and the prints is therefore unfounded. Despite the complaint being unfounded, we have offered to replace the clothing with wear due to external factors at a reduced rate compared to normal market prices.
