VAT was incorrectly charged, we requested a refund but apparently that is very difficult in their accounting.

Response by Unishore Workwear
Dear, Thank you for your response. On the 6th, no VAT number was entered during checkout. Without a valid VAT number, we are obliged to charge VAT. This was done, and you received an invoice for this on the 6th, which was delivered on the 14th. On the 19th, you contacted us, and we offered a solution. This solution was to place the order again, including your VAT number and without VAT. Once this was done, we would credit the original order. My colleague also clearly explained this via email and proposed it. Currently, this is the only technical way for us to handle it correctly administratively. We have done this in the past for other customers who also did not enter their VAT number. You are actually the first to find this an unsuitable solution. If you had reported this right after placing the order and receiving the invoice, we could have reversed the process by first crediting the order and then paying for the new order without VAT. We believe that we, as a company, have offered you a solution, which you did not agree to. For this reason, we find your 1-star review unjustified. Kind regards, Team Unishore
