Even 1 star is too much for this company! The package was never delivered, and as a customer, you can see it.

Response by Unishore Workwear
Hello Gert, First of all, thank you for taking the time to write a review. You placed an order on December 18, 2023, and we shipped it on December 19, along with all the track & trace emails and any SMS notifications. You reported yesterday, March 4, 2024, that you never received the package. Although the time frame for complaints is within 14 days, we still looked into the matter, starting with the track & trace. The track & trace shows that you were not at home, even though you chose that address for delivery. The package was then taken to a PostNL pickup point, where it remained until December 23 and was not collected. In the meantime, the package was taken to two other pickup points. Ultimately, the package was picked up on January 8, 2024. The track & trace indicates that we delivered your order. Therefore, we advise you to choose a pickup point of your choice for future deliveries when you will not be at home. This is in response to your comment that you found it all quite far and inconvenient to drive to. Best regards, Team Unishore
