We have been in contact multiple times in the meantime to address a number of issues. As previously mentioned, complaints are handled via email because we do not take phone calls. You indicate that you emailed in June but did not receive a response. All emails, including complaints, are addressed by us within one working day, so this is very unlikely. Phone calls regarding complaints are always referred to email. In the very small chance that it was not addressed, you also have a responsibility to follow up. Nine (9) months after the sale (November), we received a complaint for the first time stating, "Yes, this has been going on longer, and I have only been able to use them for 4 months." It has been correctly pointed out that work shoes typically last about six months, just like your favorite casual sneakers. It is not possible to determine when a complaint began, which is why we consider the moment of delivery to the moment of reporting. Despite the fact that footwear should be replaced after 9 months from a lifespan perspective, we ultimately offered to purchase a new pair of shoes at a significant discount with options from various brands. Instead of taking the proposed legal steps, you choose to threaten to bring this to the attention of your customers and business partners.
