The product could not be made to work, but after a phone call, we reached an agreement that my payment will be refunded. It's a pity that it couldn't be made to work, but the company at least offered a suitable solution.

The customer service was difficult/not reachable. It turned out to be a tiny problem regarding the activation of the purchased license. Hence, a critical review. The company has promised to clearly indicate how activation can (and must) be done when selling this type of software licenses in the future, so that non-expert buyers can also carry it out. I gave two stars because the product works well.

I had some trouble entering the key, but with a little help from a friend, I managed to do it. CDKeys offered to refund my purchase amount due to a small lack of instructions. It was resolved wonderfully, and I am ultimately very satisfied with both CDKeys and my purchase!
