I was helped well; the customer service was easily reachable and helpful. I purchased a Windows Microsoft package. Unfortunately, I couldn't install it on my laptop. After contacting customer service several times via email, I decided to call. It turned out that I accidentally bought a Windows version while I have a MacBook. This obviously wouldn't work. We found a nice solution so that I can still receive Microsoft on my MacBook.
